How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Deckmiami Plumbing should get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Deckmiami Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network run their own businesses. They answer for their estimates, prices, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, the usual first step is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record of what was said.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed from it. Please understand that Deckmiami Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@deckmiami.living and include:

  • Your name and a phone number or email where we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We then look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
